Where are Ridgeworks tools made?+
Our forged steel comes from mills in the US Midwest; handles are turned in Oregon; final assembly and quality check happens in our Portland warehouse.
How does the Lifetime Guarantee work?+
If your tool fails under normal use, email us at ridgeworkstools@yahoo.com with a photo. We'll email a return label and ship a replacement as soon as we scan yours in. No receipts required.
Do you offer sharpening services?+
Not yet. But every product page has care and sharpening notes, and our Craft Guides section covers the routines we use in-house.
What's your return window?+
60 days on unused items, no restocking fee. Used items are covered by the Lifetime Guarantee instead.
Can I visit a warehouse?+
Portland by appointment only. Email us.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently US and Canada only. Working on the rest.
Do you offer trade discounts?+
Yes — for shops with 3+ tradespeople. Email ridgeworkstools@yahoo.com from a business address.
How long will my order take?+
Orders ship within 1 business day. Ground shipping is 3–5 days depending on West Coast proximity.
