If it breaks, we replace it.
Every hand tool we manufacture is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. If a Ridgeworks tool fails under normal shop use — a hammer head cracks, a chisel blade snaps, a plane body warps, a handle splits — send it back and we'll replace it. Free.
What's covered
- · Manufacturing defects in forged blades and heads
- · Handles that split, warp, or work loose under normal use
- · Failure of rivets, ferrules, and fittings
- · Steel that cracks or spalls in service
What's not
- · Rust from prolonged neglect (we sell oil for that)
- · Damage from using the wrong tool for the job
- · Cosmetic wear — patina, scratches, honed edges
- · Consumables: saw blades, sandpaper, sharpening compound
How to claim
- Email ridgeworkstools@yahoo.com with a photo of the tool and a short description of what happened.
- We'll email back with a return label within two business days.
- We ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned in.
No receipts. No dated proof of purchase. If it's ours and it broke, we replace it.
